MONOTOPE™ puriﬁed preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody which has been puriﬁed from ascites ﬂuid or culture medium by protein A chromatography or sequential differential precipitations. The ﬁnal preparation is formulated to a protein concentration of 100 µg/ml in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 and contains 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1.0 ml. This product contains

These MONOTOPE™ products consist of puriﬁed monoclonal antibody conjugated with high purity isomer I of ﬂuorescein isothiocyanate. Care is taken to ensure complete removal of any free ﬂuorescein from the ﬁnal product. The ﬁnal preparation is formulated to an antibody concentration of of 100 µg/ml in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 containing 0.1% sodium azide plus bovine serum albumin at 10 mg/ml.
