描述	The antibody 3RF1pur was purified with Protein-G from in vitro produced monoclonal antibody 3RF1 directed against Na+-Ca+ exchanger protein (see product description 3RF1 for further details concerning immunoblot and immunohistochemistry). The antibody concentration is of 0.18 mg/ml in 0.1M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3.
稀释	Immunohistochemistry: we suggest using a dilution of 1:10’000 (0.018 ug/ml) for immunostaining with the avidin-biotin method on cryostat or paraffin-sections of paraformaldehyde (4%) or formalin-fixed tissue.  We recommend that the optimal dilutions be determined by titration experiments.
储存	For long storage, keep small aliquots of 1-2 µl at - 80°C (or at least - 20°C). For continuous use keep diluted solutions at 4°C (with 0.01% Na-azide). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
