Description
Rabbit Skeletal Muscle Troponin-C is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 18kDa.
Troponin-C is one of three subunits that form the Troponin complex of striated muscle thin filaments.
Skeletal muscle Troponin-C is purified using a combination of ion-exchange and affinity chromatography steps.

Formulation
The Troponin C Rabbit protein solution contains 150mM sodium chloride, 10mM sodium phosphate and 0.05% sodium azide, pH-7.2.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
