Introduction
SNRPD2 is a member of the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core protein family. SNRPD2 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) which comprises the spliceosome in eukaryotes. SNRPD2 is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis.
Description
SNRPD2 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 138 amino acids (1-118 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.6kDa. The SNRPD2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SNRPD2 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 50% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
