Introduction
Exosome Component 3 (EXOSC3) is a non-catalytic component of the human exosome, a complex with 3'-5' exoribonuclease activity. EXOSC3 takes part in various RNA processing and degradation activities including degradation of histone mRNA. Linked pseudogenes of EXOSC3 are located on chromosome 19 and 21.
Description
EXOSC3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 298 amino acids (1-275 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 32.0kDa.
EXOSC3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Formulation
EXOSC3 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5), 0.15M NaCl, 30% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
