Introduction
V-Ets Avian Erythroblastosis Virus E26 Oncogene 2 (ETS2) is a transcription factor that regulates genes involved in development and apoptosis. ETS2 is also a protooncogene which takes part in regulation of telomerase. ETS2 protein’s pseudogene is located on the X chromosome.
Description
ETS2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 489 amino acids (1-469 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 55.1kDa.
ETS2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
ETS2 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
