Recombinant Mycobacterium Tuberculosis MoeX produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing having a molecular mass of 38 kDa.
The MoeX is fused to a His tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
