Introduction
RAB34 protein which regulates a fast endocytic recycling pathway is restricted to the plasma membrane and endocytic compartments. RAB34 takes part in protein transport, specifically the redistribution of lysosomes to the peri-Golgi region. In fibroblasts, RAB34 protein was co-localized with actin to the membrane ruffles and membranes of moderately large vesicles close to the ruffles.
Description
RAB34 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 279 amino acids (1-259) and having a molecular mass of 31.2 kDa.
RAB34 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The RAB34 solution (0.5mg/1ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 40% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
