Introduction
Melanoma Antigen Family B,10 also known as MAGEB10
is a member of the B subfamily of the melanoma associated antigen protein
family. MAGEB10 is specifically expressed in testis and tumor cells. One of the
diseases associated with MAGEB10 is melanoma.
Description
MAGEB10 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 370 amino acids (1-347 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 41.4kDa.
MAGEB10 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
MAGEB10 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM
Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT and 0.1mM PMSF.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
