特异性：
The Xia.G7 antibody reacts with mouse GPIba (CD42b), a platelet/megakaryocytespecific 150 kDa polypeptide that is disulfide-linked with GPIbb (24 kDa) in the membrane. GPIb is
part of the GPIb-V-IX complex, the platelet receptor for von Willebrand factor (vWf)1,2. Xia.G7 binds to
the 130 kDa extracellular domain of GPIba
3
(glycocalicin), which is proteolytically released during
platelet activation. Xia.G7 recognizes the membrane-bound and the soluble form of GPIba
3
.
用途：
This preparation can be used for immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemical analysis of
acetone-fixed frozen sections, and immunofluorescent staining (1-3 µg/106
platelets or cells). Xia.G7
recognizes mouse GPIba in a Western blot analysis under non-reducing condtions3
.
For varying applications, appropriate dilutions must be determined individually.
制备和储存：
The antibody was purified from hybridoma cell culture supernatant by
Protein G-Sepharose chromatography. Stable for six months from date of shipment when stored at
4°C. Aliquots can be stored at -20°C for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
注意：
Sodium azide is a reversible inhibitor of oxidative metabolism; therefore, antibody preparations
containing this preservative agent must not be used in cell cultures nor injected into animals. Sodium azide may
be removed by washing stained cells or plate-bound antibody or dialyzing soluble antibody in sodium azide-free
buffer.
