The protein is stable 9-12 months when stored at 5 C and does not contain trypsin or chymotrypsin. 95 percent pure by SDS-PAGE. Reconstitute with 0.05M Na Acetate 0.2M NaCl pH 5.0 to 1 mg/ml or desired concentration, aliquot and freeze remaining portion.
