Description	Trypsin-EDTA (0.25%) contains 2.5 g/L Porcine Trypsin (tested for porcine parvovirus) and 0.2g/L EDTA-Na in Hanks Balanced Salt Solution, with Phenol Red and without Ca²⁺ and Mg ²⁺.
Procedure Overview
Storage	This product is stable for 2 years at -20°C.
Features	Trypsin-EDTA (0.25%) is recommended for detachment of adherent cells, enzymatic dissociation of tissue into single cell suspensions, dissociation of ES cell colonies, and dissociation of embryoid bodies.
