Description	Poly-L-Ornithine is a positively charged synthetic amino acid with one hydrobromide per unit of Ornithine. It is commonly used as a thin coating on tissue culture surfaces. Poly-L-Ornithine coating promotes the attachment and adhesion of many cells in vitro. It does this by increasing the electrostatic attraction between the surface and the cells.
