CLICK Chemistry Kits Ocean NanoTech’s azide terminated magnetic nanocrystals of various diameters (5 nm to 30 nm) are now available in an easy-to-use kit format to enable researchers to conjugate proteins/biomolecules of their own choice to these magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs). The kit contains sufficient reagents, components and tools for performing 5 conjugation reactions using 1mg MNP per reaction. Briefly, the proteins/biomolecules are activated using dibenzocyclooctyne-sulfo-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl ester (DBCO-Sulfo-NHS) followed by conjugation to azide groups on MNPs via azide-alknye cycloaddition (Click) coupling.
