White Lyophilized Solid. A cocktail of five phosphatase inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of protein tyrosine phosphatases, acid and alkaline phosphatases. Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail protects phosphoproteins from dephosphorylation during lysis and extraction procedures from mammalian cells or tissues and for immunoprecipitation and kinase assays. Phosphatase inhibitor cocktails cover the widest range of phosphatases to ensure the protection of proteins from dephosphorylation.

Components: Imidazole, Na(Orthovanadate, Fluoride, Tartrate, Molybdate)
