SR1001 is high affinity synthetic ligand specific to both retinoic acid-related orphan receptors ɑ (RORɑ) and γt (RORγt). SR1001 inhibits interleukin-17 (TH17) cell differentiation and function as well as suppressing the clinical severity of autoimmune disease in mice. It is cell-permeable.
