OG-L002 is a highly potent and specific inhibitor of Lysine Specific Demethylase-1 (LSD1). It inhibits LSD1 in biochemical assay with an IC₅₀ ~20 nM, and has moderate inhibitory activity against monoamine oxidases MAO-A and MAO-B with IC₅₀ ~1.38 µM and 0.72µM respectively. It potently repressed herpes simplex virus (HSV) IE gene expression, genome replication, and reactivation from latency. OG-L002 suppressed primary lytic infection of HSV in vivo in a mouse model.

How to Use:

• In vitro: OG-L002 was used at 1 µM in vitro.
• In vivo: OG-L002 was administered by intraperitoneal injection once a day at a dose of 20-40 mg/kg to the primary infection mouse model.
