    心脏微血管内皮细胞(CMEC)在心肌功能中发挥重要作用。CEMC能够调节血管张力,这一作用通过释放和降解内皮源性血管活性物质、以酶促作用调节局部缩血管物质和舒血管物质水平实现。些物质中的许多还可以调节心肌的收缩行为。此外,微血管已被证明参与白细胞聚集,炎症和血管生成的调控。他们也能转分化为肌成纤维细胞,提示的作用,提示其作用与细胞外基质异常聚集和纤维化病变有关。CMEC的体外培养是一种可视的工具用来研究CMEC心脏功能和疾病的生理学以及病理生理学。
    Sciencell研究实验室的CMEC是从人心脏分离得到的,原代冻存,冰冻运输。每管细胞密度*过5×10^5/ml。细胞特性经vWF/Factor VIII和CD31 (P-CAM) 免疫荧光鉴定,能够摄取DiI标记乙酰化低密度脂蛋白(DiI-Ac-LDL)。本细胞经检测不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 实验室特制的培养基,可保证此细胞10倍增增殖。
