    Staybright IFA Mounting Medium is a specially formulated buffered solution that significantly reduces fading during observation of a fluorescent IFA reaction. Quenching of the conjugate fluorescence occurs in normal mounting fluids to the extent that, without moving the slide, weakly positive fluorescence can disappear in under 30 seconds. StayBright Mounting Medium contains an inhibitory compound that virtually eliminates quenching, allowing direct observations greater than 8 minutes per field without noticeable loss of fluorescent intensity. It is supplied ready to use in a 2 ml dropper bottle.
